Lana Concepts strives to deliver your order with efficiency and care. Here’s what you can expect regarding our shipping process:
Products Listed on the Website
Please refer to the product description for a shipping estimate. Products that don’t require a proof should ship within 7 business days. Products requiring a proof will ship within 7 business days from the final approval.
Upon placing an order online, a digital proof will be sent to you within 2 to 3 business days if noted on the product description and applicable. Once the proof is confirmed the order will be sent to print. A tracking number will be sent to you upon final shipment. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit. Items are shipped via the option you choose at checkout.
Custom Products
Based on the project a timeline will be identified during the scoping and booking process. Shipping terms will also be outline in your contract. For reference custom wedding invitation suites usually take about 5 to 8 weeks to produce.
RETURN POLICY
Lana Concepts takes great pride in crafting custom invitations, stationery and paper products tailored specifically to your unique vision. Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been finalized and printed.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to review all details carefully during the design and proofing process. We will work closely with you to confirm every element of your order, including design, wording, and any customizations. We provide digital proofs for your approval before moving forward with production, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments.
If there are any issues with your order upon delivery, such as a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.
