Design Change

Yes! We gladly accept minor changes to the designs listed on our website. You can customize fonts, colors, and other small details to make it your own. To request a design change, simply email us at info@lanaconcepts.com with your preferences.

Products not listed on the Website

Yes, we offer other paper products that aren’t listed on the website and would love to discuss. Send us an email with your vision info@lanaconcepts.com.

Envelope Addressing

A return envelope address is included with all invitations. Additionally, you have the option to upgrade to recipient envelope addressing, which can be selected directly on the product page. 

Once you’ve chosen the upgrade, you can upload your Excel file with recipient addresses prior to checkout. Please be sure to use the Envelope Addressing Template to correctly format your address list before submitting.

General Shipping Times

If your product doesn’t require a proof, it should ship within 7 business days of purchase. If your order requires a proof, it will ship within 7 business days from the final approval.

Revisions

If your product requires a proof, two rounds of revisions are included. Any additional revisions beyond the two included will incur a service charge.

Rush Production or Shipping

Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once an order has been finalized and printed.

If there are any issues with your order upon delivery, such as a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.
